He was very responsive and flexible, responding to a message sent on Sunday afternoon and managing to make time to fit me in after I had finished work the next evening. He and his colleague arrived and got straight to work fitting a carpet in a bedroom. They did a great job, working hard to ensure the carpet was cut to size, stretched evenly, and cleaning up after themselves.
